The challenge
Dispatchers tracked 400 vans across three tools and a wall of spreadsheets. Customers phoned in for delivery updates, and late deliveries were found out after the fact.
What we did
- Streamed GPS from every vehicle into one live map with ETA predictions.
- Built a driver app with offline proof-of-delivery and photo capture.
- Gave customers a branded tracking page that updates itself.
